We process your data under Article 6 GDPR:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — to contact you about your request and for non-essential cookies.
• Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to arrange your appointment.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — invoicing and bookkeeping.

We do not collect health data through this form. Any clinical information is gathered in the clinic itself, with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR).

Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, hosted in the EU). We have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with these providers in line with Art. 28 GDPR. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request. If you become a patient, clinical records are kept for the period required by Danish health law (up to 10 years). Unconverted enquiries are deleted within 12 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email davide@hsport.dk. You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, no tracking scripts are loaded and any previously set tracking cookies are cleared. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
